Why is love so complicated? Why does love hurt so much? Why does love seem to be so elusive?
These are important questions and the answers are not so easy to find.
Join me at this full-day workshop which will bring you clarity and understanding. Don’t give up hope, change is possible, I know your pain and frustrations and as such the Feel LOVED workshop has been designed specifically with your tender heart in mind.
Feeling stuck?
Does any of this sound familiar?
Are you going around in vicious circles, repeating unhelpful patterns and starting to lose hope?
Do you want more out of life, but don’t know the way forward?
Do you give way more than you get and people keep taking your kindness for weakness?
Do you struggle to say no and find that feelings of guilt always get the best of you?
Let's do something about it!
Key for Change is here for you.
If life’s getting the best of you and the way forward is unclear then welcome, Key for Change is here for you. We are a diverse team of experienced, qualified helping professionals in private practice. We have extensive experience in both the public and corporate sector and together, we bring a broad range of expertise to best help you overcome and confront life’s challenges.
Has a disheartening experience with the NHS promoted you to seek alternative support?
Key for Change is here for you.
We understand that not everyone feels comfortable going to their Doctors or maybe you’re someone that’s had an unhelpful experience that’s resulted in you seeking alternative support. You may also believe that medication doesn’t hold all the answers and you’re not prepared to wait months for just six sessions of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). Here at Key for Change we understand and appreciate that people want a different approach and are sensitive to a growing need for a different way. Of course, labels and diagnosis have its place but is not beneficial for everyone.
"We understand that people are different and that a one size fits all approach can be unhelpful".
― Keeley Taverner
Key for Change practitioners appreciate that everyone is unique, and we utilise a range of creative, traditional and contemporary methods to facilitate personal healing. It’s becoming increasingly clear that the rapid rise of social media is having adverse effects on the human psyche. We are comparing, idolising, secretly stalking, not to mention the impact of ‘likes’ and being ‘unfriended’ or ‘ghosted’ (Ghosting is breaking off an intimate relationship without any apparent warning or justification) has on our well-being. We seriously are living in very different times. These types of problems are showing up much more frequently and adversely affecting people of all ages, backgrounds, and classes. Times are changing rapidly and as front-line helping-practitioners, we bear witness to the personal pain that hurts the human heart.
So get in contact, click the button above and book yourself in for a free call so we can get the ball rolling. I encourage you to take action, action is key. We can’t help you if you don’t reach out. And yes, expect that inner voice to start kicking off, telling you all kinds of nonsense like, you’re weak, or you’re mad, or you should be able to do it alone. It’s all a lie and if you listen to that voice, you’ll stay alone, stuck, confused and continue to spin around in a vicious cycle. It's time for a new way, it's time to embrace something different. It’s time for a change and Key for Change is here for you.
